  • 1st milestone: 144.5 (that will be my lowest weight at an adult age as well as my healthy BMI number)
  • 2nd milestone: 140
  • Goal weight is yet to be determined...I would love for my Body Fat Percentage to fall within the "Fit" range, that means between 21-24% BF.

    28 days until my trip out west!

    That’s 28 days to get as far along in my weight loss as possible! That’s just under a month, I could make some good progress by then. My goal is to be under 170…I have been getting close then f’ing up for over a month!!! I know I can do this, it’s just actually the DOING part that needs to happen!

    Better than yesterday…

    Weight is coming back down again…175.8 this morning. I need to get into the damn 160s again! GRR!!

    Need to focus!

    I haven’t worked out since last Tuesday! I haven’t eaten well since last Thursday! I’m up 3 pounds! grrr!

    The buck stops NOW! Healthy lunch packed for work, class after work until 9…no more messing around.

    33 days until trip 1 (Vancouver)
    93 days until trip 2 (Cottage in PEI)
    180 days until trip 3 (Caribbean)

    Days keep passing by and I am not getting any smaller! It’s time to stop messing around and gooooo!
