Current Weight: 173.6

  • 1st milestone: 144.5 (that will be my lowest weight at an adult age as well as my healthy BMI number)

  • 2nd milestone: 140

  • Goal weight is yet to be determined...I would love for my Body Fat Percentage to fall within the "Fit" range, that means between 21-24% BF.

    • The easiest up-do ever! Kind of reminds me of something a greek goddess would do!
